WEIGHTLIFTING & POWERLIFTING TEAMS. WEIGHTLIFTING TEAM TRAINING: Do you want to join our weightlifting club? We train 4x a week as a team to improve our snatch and clean & jerk. We are a USA Weightlifting sanctioned club that includes National Champions, but also those who have never touched the barbell until they walked into our doors. We do require a private orientation for those that have not lifted with a club before to help teach you the basics. POWERLIFTING TEAM TRAINING: Our powerlifting club trains 3x a week (with an optional day 4). The team trains the Big 3: squat, bench press, and deadlift. This is the sport for those looking to get strong! Powerlifting is VERY approachable for all, and everyone can safely get started and see those gainz from dedicated training. We do require you to attend our private orientation if you do not have experience.
